No show policy:
- If you are more than 10 minutes late to the call it will be considered a "No show" (unless coordinated in advance via email).
- "No shows" will be given the chance to book a new call with an 80% discount.
- "No shows" can not be refunded.
Overtime policy.
- You will receive a 5 minute notice by the consultant before the end of the allotted time for the call.
- If the call extends more than 5 minutes beyond the allotted time, you will receive an invoice for the overtime at the minute rate of the call booked (call rate/call time).
- Overtime is not guaranteed and may be declined at the discretion of the consultant (usually due to consecutive bookings).
