  • Can I get a fixed price contract instead of a plan?
    At the Wix Wiz we offer fixed price contracts only for new websites that are designed and developed fully by the Wix Wiz team. Any development on existing sites is done via our plans. This approach has been crafted based on our experience with hundreds of clients to provide the optimal client-developer relationship.
  • What if I don't need maintenance but rather a new feature?
    You're in the right place! Our plans are not only for maintenance and support but also (and primarily) for the implementation of new features and systems on your website.
  • What tasks can be included in a plan?
    We have plans that cover any imaginable task on your Wix website. From design, store management, SEO through advanced development and coding. Any plan can be used for any task but it is recommended to use plans with more credits for more complex tasks.
  • How do we communicate during the plan?
    All plan communications are done via email with your account manager. You can send requests in plain text, accompanied by screenshots or by screen recordings (recommended). The Pro plan offers the option to join an Asana (Project Management) board to communicate directly with the team.
  • Can multiple sites be included in a plan?
    Our pro plan supports up to two websites. Other plans are limited to one site per plan.
  • What if the tasks lined up for the current cycle will exceed the hours for my subscription?
    If we foresee that a certain task or tasks will exceed the current cycles hours we will notify you and provide an estimate for the outlined tasks. You have the option to purchase additional credits at a your plans rate to complete the work during the current cycle. You also have the option to delay unfinished tasks to the following cycle.
  • What if I have leftover time at the end of a cycle?
    If all tasks were completed with an excess of time, some of the credits will roll over to the following cycle based on your plan (up to one cycle). If there were uncompleted tasks at the end of the cycle all excess time is banked and can be used in future cycles (as long as the plan is active).
  • Can I change my subscription?
    Yes, to change your subscription please cancel the current subscription and purchase the new one of your choice.
  • How can I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription at any time via your member section on thewixwiz.com. Your subscription will continue to the end of the current cycle. Once the cycle ends, we can no longer do work on your site.
  • Can I refund unused hours at the end of my subscription?
    If you cancel your plan within 7 days, you will be refunded all unused credits (minus surcharges of 2.9%). After that, plans are non refundable.
