The fine print

Cancelation, Rescheduling and Refunds:

  • You can reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the call. 

  • If you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the call you will receive a full refund (minus processing fees).

  • If you cancel within 24 hours before the call will be given the chance to book a new call of the same length with an 80% discount. 

No show policy:

  •  If you are more than 10 minutes late to the call it will be considered a "No show" (unless coordinated in advance via email).  

  • "No shows" will be given the chance to book a new call of the same length with an 80% discount.

  • "No shows" can not be refunded.

 

Overtime policy:

  • You will receive a notice by the consultant 5 minutes before the end of the allotted time for the call.

  • If the call extends more than 5 minutes beyond the allotted time, you will receive an invoice for the overtime at the minute rate of the call booked (call rate/call time).

  • Overtime is not guaranteed and may be declined at the discretion of the consultant (usually due to consecutive bookings).

After hours policy:
If the invoice is unpaid 24 hours after the booking or 1 hour before the booking (for same day bookings) - the booking will be canceled. Please note that cancelation and rescheduling of after hour bookings will not be possible less than 48 hours before the booked time.

I have consulted with Eithan a number of times on different projects, his advice and solutions have always been solid. As somone who works accross a number of technologies I like to have trusted parthers for platforms I come accross whihc clients are actively using and Eithan is my Wix goto guy. I would highly recomend him.

First time using Eitan's services and was quite impressed with the quality and customer service level. Instructions were clear for the onboarding after you made payment for his consultation. You should expected a few automated emails with an agenda to prepare for your upcoming call. This way no time is wasted to help resolve your problem/task.

What is a consultation?

A consultation is a video meeting with an experienced Wix developer who can help you:

  1. Explore the feasibility of a project on Wix.

  2. Guide you through the scoping process of your project.

  3. Review your site and give suggestions for improving design, functionality, data management, SEO, structure and more. 

  4. Review Velo code, identify bugs and give coding guidance. 

What can I expect to get out of it?

Our clients tell us that they derived immense value out of the consultation gaining insights that saved them hours of time and money. 

Which consultation should I book?

For a feasibility assessment or project scoping a 20 minute consultation is a great fit. For coding guidance it is generally recommended to book a 40 or 60 minute consultation.  You can always book a shorter session if you aren't sure and a follow up if necessary!

What happens after I book?
You will receive a follow up email with instructions how to add us as a collaborator to your site (if necessary) and an email address to send additional details to. The more details you can provide the better! (Please note the consultant will usually spend 5-10 minutes before the call to review the booking details).

What are "after hours" consultations?

After hours consultations is the option to request a call outside my usual working hours or same day bookings during working hours. If the requested time is approved you will receive two emails - one confirming the booking and one with an invoice. Please pay the invoice promptly to finalize the booking.
