I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced this issue — and if so, how you were able to resolve it.
Our WIX owner account was suddenly blocked and our website was unpublished due to an alleged violation of Wix’s Terms of Use (Section 2.3). We received no prior warning or notification about any issue, and the account was immediately locked. We’ve never knowingly violated any terms, and this came as a complete surprise.
We’ve already contacted Wix support asking for clarification and access back into our account, but so far, we haven’t received a detailed response or resolution.
Has anyone else dealt with a similar situation?
Were you able to get your account reinstated?
Did you find a specific contact or escalation path that helped?
Any advice on how to get this resolved quickly?
