I want to add a facial recognition feature to my site. Similar to setting up Face ID on iOS. Users should click on a unique link and be taken to a page on my site where they complete a facial verification process. The process should be video recorded, and once completed, the user should receive another unique link, which they can send to another user to show them their verification process image/video.

You will most likely want to find a third party service that does that and integrate it via an API.
