Do anyone have experience using SDK - specifically Upsert Email Subscription | SDK (wix.com)

I have a question related to verifying users email. When a user comes to my site for information, or become a subscriber. What is the best way to verify that the email is valid. Should I include a TOKEN code in the email? Any suggestions will help
